While this leg was, for reasons I don't totally understand, one of my hardest, I did manage to take some interesting pictures in my humble opinion.
The Sun rising over a Spanish village.
If you didn't turn around every now and then you would miss these things.
This was beautiful to some and monotonous to me.
This whole day seemed tough and the lack of views and places to sit made it worse.
Despite the monotony, there were splashes of beauty ... |
... And there was always people to meet along the way.
A Pilgrim and his owner.
The forest ends as I approach San Juan de Ortega. |
A tribute to the GrandMother-in-Law. |
Twin trees along the Camino. |
Pilgrim Cow Ahead. |
These pictures and more (mostly markers of course) have been added to my
2011 Camino de Santiago Google Photos album.
OMG!! Philippe and his dog!! Walked with him a little here and there..He eventually was heading to Morocco?? or some such...The sweetest and saddest guy...
ReplyDeleteKSam: It seems so weird seeing comments from people who not only walked the Camino but practically walked it the same time that I did.
