I didn't take that many interesting pictures between Navarrete and Azofra. It was a nice enough walk but I just wasn't much in the mood for taking pictures. Here are the few interesting ones:
|
A bright yellow shell Camino marker. |
On this stretch of the Camino I took a lot of pictures of Camino markers.
|
Church near Ventosa, Spain. |
|
Another marker along the Camino. This one has a weathered Santiago statue |
|
Another common marker on the eastern end of the Camino.
Early on these were as common as the yellow arrows.

|
Approaching Azofra, my destination for the day. |
I've added these pictures to my
2011 Camino de Santiago Google Photos album.
I so want to go to there. Except I don't think I would want the aches and pains from all the walking. But it would be an adventure!
ReplyDeleteMiss McC: It's a wonderful pilgrimage. I would encourage you to do it sometime. The aches and pain fade in comparison to the experience.
